In the unfortunate event a chargeback is filed, we will also forward all order information, copies of your documents, your IP address, customer correspondence (email, instant message and phone records) and shipping information to your credit card company.

Please check your spam folder. Our email addresses end in @fakepaystubonline.com and receipts come from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you don’t find anything in your spam folder, then please Contact Us.
Occasionally a customer has provided an incorrect email address and chances are we are trying to reach you as well! If you paid for your order and did not IMMEDIATLY receive a reciept, its likely you proivded an invalid email address.
[accordion-item title=”Can you edit my pay stubs or other documents?”]
In some cases we can edit pay stubs or other documents you provide us. Your pay stubs must be in pdf format and must be a digital copy. Meaning it must be downloaded from a company website. Scanned documents can not be edited.
Please submit your documents and detail the changes you would like made here. We will respond with a quote, an outline of changes we will make and an estimated time of completion. It costs more for us to edit documents than it does for us to create new documents.

Before we ship your order, we email you a copy of the document and ask you to review it for errors.
If you find an error or need to make a change, simply email us within 24 hours and we will make corrections before items are shipped, at no additional cost.
If the product has already shipped, you will need to place a new order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Due to the personalized nature or our product and the time it takes to create them, we do not offer refunds.
[accordion-item title=”How do you make my document? Do you use photoshop?”]
We use two different payroll processing applications to make pay stubs and earning statements. This give us access to 3 different templates. We can not alter the templates, however we can alter the information displayed on the stubs. We do not use company logos unless you are the actual business owner.
We use a separate software program to create W2 and 1099-MISC forms. Again, because this software automatically creates the documents in accordance with up to date tax information, we can not alter the look of the form. We can only alter the information provided in the form.
We do not use Photoshop to create documents.

Yes! We use payroll software to calculate the amount you would be taxed based on current tax laws, information you provided by you on your order form, and the state in which you reside.
[accordion-item title=”When will I receive my documents?”]
We will email you a copy of your documents within 2-3 business days of payment. If your order is placed on a week day, you will likely receive an emailed copy within 24 hours. We will mail your documents to you the next business day. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. We do not operate during the weekends and all US holidays.
